White Foam

White Foam

(Eps) Extruded polystyrene sheets

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a heat-insulating material, obtained from petroleum, with closed pores and white in color.

EPS is obtained from polystyrene as a raw material containing pentane gas. A gaseous exchange takes place between the pentane present in the pores with the air. In this way, millions of pores are formed that trap air and thus have an insulating property. The air is motionless and dry. 98% of the material. EPS can be produced in different densities. Its technical properties can vary depending on the purpose of use, and it shows the same performance as other insulating materials, but in a more economical way, and it does not lose the properties of EPS over time. It is a heat-insulating material that is friendly to the consumer and the environment

Why Choose our products

Advantages of foam insulation:

Foam insulation is characterized as dual insulation, meaning that it can be used as water and thermal insulation in the same layer because it is a solid insulating material.

Foaming does not take a long time to implement. Unlike other types, it saves a lot of time, effort and money.

The foam is dense in thickness, and therefore its lifespan is longer than other types, reaching 10 years and more.

It helps reduce energy consumption plus to Water leakage is not allowed.

Some uses of EPS:

Insulation of refrigerators and freezers

Resistant to moisture and weather factors.

Spacers between concrete

It is compatible with the environment because it does not constitute a fertile environment for fungi or germs.

Light Block

  • Light in weight, which helps reduce the loads on the building
  • The partitions and walls of the units can be changed to give freedom in the internal architectural division
  • Raising the level of comfort for building users.
  • It helps increase good cohesion with concrete.
  • Thermal insulation works to protect and protect the building from weather changes and weather fluctuations.
  • It reduces the necessary thicknesses of walls and ceilings
  • To reduce heat transfer into the building

Geofoam

Advantages and uses of geofoam (GEOFOAM):

  • It is generally used in areas where unstable soil conditions exist.
  •  Helps reduce any settlement after construction.
  •  It is also used in backfilling to reduce lateral ground pressure.
  • It facilitates the completion of projects due to ease of transportation and circulation.
  • Flexible and can be formed into many different designs to suit the desired final shape.

It is successfully used in the following engineering applications:

  • Bridges and highways.

  • Raising sidewalks and stairs.

  • Raising the levels of apartments and villas.

  • Widening roads, supporting bridges.

  • Protecting buried facilities.
